L&W Engineering is looking for a reliable, self-motivated team player to join our 2nd shift team! If you’re ready to work with robotic welding cells and grow your skills, this is your opportunity.
📅 Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)
💰 Pay: Hourly base rate + weekly production bonus
🔧 Skills & Requirements:
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
✔️ Comfortable working on your feet for long periods
✔️ Basic computer knowledge (CNC experience a plus!)
✔️ Welding knowledge (steel/MIG) – willing to train the right candidate!
✔️ Ability to read a tape measure & inspect parts for accuracy
